the ability to perform a full
engine vibration survey at the
same time balancing is performed.
The spectrum contains
information that can be used to determine overall engine
condition as well as pinpoint specific vibration sources.
Currently there are three
aircraft vibration control equipment manufacturers. For those in
the market for equipment I suggest ACES as they have an
excellent support system where the two other vibe control
companies are rather deficit in that regard. The balancing learning
curve is so steep you'll need all the help you can get for the
first few years in the balancing trade.
